举手之劳

jǔ shǒu zhī láo bù zú guà chǐ

举手之劳，不足挂齿！

That's nothing. Don't mention it.

nǐ bù yòng gǎn xiè wǒ zhè bù guò shì jǔ shǒu zhī láo ér yǐ

你不用感谢我，这不过是举手之劳而已。

No need to thank me. It's nothing.

jié yuē yòng shuǐ jiù shì jié yuē wǒ men de shēng mìng yuán quán jǐn jǐn shì jǔ shǒu zhī láo ér yǐ

节约用水，就是节约我们的生命源泉，仅仅是举手之劳而已。

The wellhead saving on water, being to save our life, is to lift a finger also only.

jí shǐ fáng zhǔ zhī dào yǒu xiē fáng kè shēng huó hěn kùn nan tā réng jiù fēi cháng lěng mò bù jìn yī diǎn jǔ shǒu zhī láo qù bāng tā men yī bǎ

即使房主知道有些房客生活很困难，他仍旧非常冷漠，不尽一点举手之劳去帮他们一把。

Even though he knew some of the tenants were suffering greatly, the landlord was so hard that he did not lift a finger to help them.

yǔ rén wéi shàn lè yú zhù rén nǎi jǔ shǒu zhī láo wú xū fù chū rèn hé de dài jià

与人为善，乐于助人乃举手之劳，无需付出任何的代价。

It costs nothing to be kind and helpful, and whatever good we give out to other people comes back to us.
